Real time Health Monitoring Sytem using IoT and Data Analytics for National Salt Satyagraha Memorial Monument, Dandi


The main objective of this project is to develop and deploy IoT based solutions and develop a web based Analytics dashboard for measurement of linear acceleration, strains, temperature and humidity for the National Salt Satyagraha Monument, Dandi.
The National Salt Satyagraha Monument depicting the historical Dandi march of 1930 is endorsed by the Ministry of Culture, GoI. This monument which is erected is a 40 metre tall steel A-frame with a two and a half tonne weighing glass crystal placed at the top. The structure is placed at the sea shore which means that it will be beleaguered to various kinds of environmental conditions like the wind, corrosion etc. This can be continuously measured using the IoT devices which can provide running data for the team monitoring the structure. This data can be used for any purpose including civil maintenance and structure monitoring.
